PURPOSE
The Annual Horizon Awards are given to recognized individuals, organizations, and businesses that have made significant contributions toward the enrichment of life in the Fresno community through excellence in the Arts.

NOMINATION CATEGORIES
ARTIST
This award is given to artists representing the visual, performing, or literary arts whose work demonstrates commitment, creativity, and excellence in their respective fields in Fresno County.
BUSINESS
This award is awarded to the business whose encouragement and patronage have helped broaden the interest and support of the arts in Fresno County.
EDUCATOR
The Ella Odorfer Educator award is given to an arts educator in recognition of contributions made in the classroom and the community to promote growth and enrichment in the educational system through the arts.
YOUTH
To acknowledge and encourage the younger talents within the Fresno community, this award is bestowed upon a young artist or group who has demonstrated a high degree of talent and promise in any of the art disciplines.
